LOERadar assembles its content entirely from publicly available sources. This page identifies those sources and provides the acknowledgments they request or require. LOERadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the organizations listed below.
U.S. Government Sources
The datasets below are works of the United States Government made available to the public. Neither the agencies nor any federal entity endorses LOERadar or its analyses.
- U.S. Food & Drug Administration — Orange Book, Drugs@FDA, openFDA, Purple Book, Drug Master Files, Paragraph IV certifications, orphan drug designations, exclusivity definitions
- U.S. Patent & Trademark Office — PTAB trial records, patent reexaminations, patent family data
- National Institutes of Health / National Library of Medicine — ClinicalTrials.gov, DailyMed structured product labeling
- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services — NADAC drug pricing, Medicare Part B and Part D spending
- U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission — EDGAR company filings and financial data
- U.S. General Services Administration — Regulations.gov citizen petition dockets
- Office of the Federal Register — Federal Register documents
- U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs — Federal Supply Schedule pharmaceutical pricing

Requested & Required Credits
- DailyMed / National Library of Medicine. Drug label content is courtesy of the U.S. National Library of Medicine. NLM does not endorse or recommend any commercial products, processes, or services, including LOERadar. Label data is refreshed on an ongoing schedule and may not reflect the most current labeling; consult DailyMed directly for the current version of any label.
- ClinicalTrials.gov. Clinical trial data is sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, a service of the National Institutes of Health. Data is refreshed each weekday and may lag the registry; LOERadar filters and matches trials to drug products, and asserts no proprietary rights in the underlying database.
- openFDA. Portions of the data are provided by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through openFDA (open.fda.gov). openFDA data carries a CC0 public-domain dedication.
- Google Patents Public Data. Contains data from “Google Patents Public Data,” provided by IFI CLAIMS Patent Services and Google, licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
- Free Law Project / CourtListener. Federal litigation dockets and documents are sourced from CourtListener and the RECAP Archive, projects of the non-profit Free Law Project, under a commercial API arrangement. Linked court documents are hosted by CourtListener.

News items shown on LOERadar consist of headlines, brief descriptions, and links drawn from publishers’ own RSS feeds and from news search services. All article content remains the property of the respective publishers; headlines link directly to the publisher’s site.
